Luis Vicente
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, with postgraduate degrees in Public Finance and Budget Management, the Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG) and in Administration and Public Policy, by the Higher Institute of Labor and Enterprise Sciences (ISCTE) Lisbon. In professional terms he is Senior Technician of Economics, Management and Finance, University Professor in Management and Economics. He is an investment and development project manager and also a trainer and consultant for the European Union and several Portuguese companies and municipalities. In the associative field he is leader of several associations of local and regional development, public and private sector.
He is the author of the book “For a Reinvention of Governance and the Balance of Power in Guinea Bissau: Dialogues and Cross-Cutting Views from the Diaspora,” published in November 2014.
